On-screen controls disappeared and keyboard isn't responding

I've used the update_gi.sh to download and update. And output_log.txt didn't gave me any useful clue, it was very strange, I'm not sure at this point if the problem was over wine, configuration or if it was a game bug, I'm inclined to think it was a game bug.

On-screen controls disappeared and keyboard isn't responding

I removed the wineprefix and the game and started over and now works. Not sure what happened at this point since even wine wasn't able to point me out any different bugs. I will close this issue for now.

No it just happened, the game is unplayable right now, that's why I think it could be possible something in my configuration.

Cheaters on Linux

They'll eventually get banned since the server can detect this kind of behavior and will check his end.

Added wine staging tips

I think it's a dxvk issue, since the author said several times that "it would be difficult to implement sharing resources" in many commits I've found.

The installer doesn't start (Steam)

@mucan any suggestion of components that should be installed in this prefix?

The installer doesn't start (Steam)

@cybik using AAGL through Steam will pretty much use Steam just as a launcher. My idea is using steam's proton facilities to run the game.

I had this behavior trying to run on steam and I also don't know how to generate any extra logs since nothing is generated using all the extra commands above. Everything is setup as mentioned, I've deleted the entire thing inside steam and started from ground, paid attention to every detail, tried to run with and without the launcher.bat and nothing happens, it fails just before anything could be launched. I'm not sure what more I could try.

Game freezes on "Warning: Read before playing"

For KDE, this can be useful: https://store.kde.org/p/1502826/

Game freezes on "Warning: Read before playing"

@NekoCWD lutris-GE-Proton7-28, DXVK-1.10.3. Of course there's the glitches in some situations because of the limitations of my GPU and I have some tunings to make things easier, but it works just fine.

@servtestaor123 That's not true, I run the game with a GTX 650 Ti Boost SC that also uses the 470.xx drivers and it works just fine. The issue is the K600 is below the minimum so stutters may occurs.

A dawn user got banned for 30 days for using cheatware or third-party software in game

I think the main issue here is creating a "play-time" modification to obtain some advantage, which is detectable as a non-regular behavior by the servers. As long we don't make any non-regular behavior, we're safe, unless Hoyoverse decides to make a witch hunt and ban all together, or use an anti-cheat that needs a constant communication with the servers telling status and many other things that can detect the binary tampering even if you don't cheat at all.

The patch has been probably leaked AND stolen then posted on Lutris.net

At least he's not pointing here directly to grab the patches, but still.
