I’ll be away from my computer for a bit, but yes I believe that the problem is the radeon driver. I’ll try to switch it next week.

I'm using Linux mint 19.1, so I don't believe I can use the Arch instructions. I can't seem to find how to install radv for my system. Do you know where I can find it?
