This PR makes finitary use newer finite-typelits-0.2.0.0 package, and not compatible to the current dependency finite-typelits ^>= 0.1.4.2.

Rebased to the latest commit 03b6041 ("v 2.1.2.0") and force-pushed to resolve merge conflict

Thanks. I've added a bit of CPP so that we can continue to support the old finite-typelits version as well. Released on hackage as finitary-2.1.3.0.
