Still works for the server mirroring, but clients using the mirror will likely have problems. I will have to come back to this later in the week.
hosting disabled rsync for anything not an auth'ed user. the next tier costs significantly more money, so I'll need to consider the options.
Planning on including a how-to on the root page for using wget or curl instead of rsync.
