#63 duplicate modelines on NetBSD

If you do a tri-horizontal-split on NetBSD, I get two modelines at the bottom. Very low priority.

The title for this issue is misleading. The issue is that the size of the terminal isn't divisible by 3. The bottom buffer doesn't fill out the rest of the space (leaving one extra line).
