#102 Fix issues with `dyanamic-expand`

There only seems to be two that I'm aware of:

• it makes up matches
• it won't catch matches with capitals in it

Looks like there are still some issues with this. For example, if you only have 2 characters in the word you're attempting to expand it sometimes won't catch any matches

This is very tricky. It seems to only happen sometimes. My guess is that it has something to do with the de-duplication bit in the expansion.

Sometimes this ends in an endless loop as well
