  This release is a beta for v1.0, hoping to find bugs and finish adding new functionality to NeoComm before the final release. It offers the basic chat room functionality with the exception of private messages. Nodes connect via a P2P decentralized network, and an entrance node is located at neonode0.themusicinnoise.net and neonode1.themusicinnoise.net.
