Fixed bug + misc enhancements in tclshot -- fixed a bug where the kill command resulted in script aborting before tclshot instance doing the killing could its self exit.

Enhancement to tclshot: added Reminder / Tip to let the user know that running the script again will prevent the screen shot from being uploaded; added urgent warrning to user when re-runing the script before completation that all known instances of the script will be terminated. Note: Script uses notify-send to achieve messaging the user -- for now, and likely this will remain the default method. To do still: grab the pid of whatever program is being used to actually take the screen shot and kill it before the screen shot can be made; clean up / enhance these ehancements to be more intutive.
