The git browser offers RSS and Atom feeds, so you can keep track of commits.
There is also the [[news]] page with feeds, in which you can follow updates and
specifically new releases.

Currently there is no mailing list, but there is a discussion and help [[forum]]
which fills the same purpose. This whole website is a wiki, and anyone can
register and participate (Full editing access, not just to the forum. It's a lot
of freedom but also responsibility).
