The server has moved! It has a new IP address now, which will hopefully remain
static. I am not paying for a static IP, but the new ISP shouldn't be changing
it, especially since the server remains connected 24/7. I updated the DNS
records, so clearnet access should work.

The 50BGB limitation I mentioned earlier still may be a problem. We'll see.
Changing ISP should be easy, since the all the hardware parts of the
installation are already in place.

I am also not sure how all the servers' open ports will function. The previous
ISP let all ports be open. I hope this one does too. If anything stops working
and ports seem to be blocked, please inform me.
