#2 List arrows between nodes separately for easier selection

Hey! When the graph is dense, arrows between nodes are hard to enumerate and select manually, I suggest that when clicking a node some menu shows up listing all the arrows so one can easily list them and select them. Looking at the code I am really not sure how to do that, either in explore.scm or graph.js, still a mystery to me how this all works for now. Thank you!
