@Nafalmao The game does not have permission to write to the its directory - the Persistent subdirectory to be precise.
Please run the find command in your Genshin installation directory to find the affected paths: TROUBLESHOOTING.md section
EDIT: Judging by the color of the pillars, it might be possible that DXVK is not yet working. Use DXVK_HUD=version,devinfo,fps (see TROUBLESHOOTING.md) to ensure proper functionality.

I use AAGL and genshin file at another hdd but only genshin cant run with this. HSR can run with same but i try again
I also notice off color pilar and i already change DXVK but the color still off. might try other DXVK version

Okay now this problem is fix by messing up sandbox setting
