If the code is similar, it might be possible to get Honkai to work as well, yes.
However due to lack of interest from my side, someone else would need to take care of this task.

With Honkai Impact situation is a bit different due to extreme memory consumption. For some unknown reason, it has been stealing an enormous amount of memory when you run it with wine

I would recommend running Honkai Impact through Anbox or through a VM cause as nobody already stated it just eats up all your memory until either it get killed by your system or until it just freezes up your system

WINEDEBUG=+relay or +snoop or an endlessly long winedbg session (if possible) could reveal why it's allocating heap memory forever.
through Anbox or through a VM
Like with Genshin, chances are high that Anbox and VMs will be detected as virtualized/emulated systems, hence refusing to launch. Granted, you could attempt to run it in KVM with disabled hypervisor.

Honkai uses the same version of Mhyprot according to the file but I imagine the UnityPlayer file would also need to be patched as well along with reporting like Genshin

Is it possible to create another version of this patch for Honkai Impact 3rd because the game has an Anti-Cheat very similar to Genshin Impact's one

Yes, a similar process like in Genshin might be necessary. Maybe someone will take care of this task sooner or later.
