After GLAT staff was removed from notabug.org, you placed a warning saying GLAT is satire. However, it is clearly scam as they are still attempting to register somewhere (GitHub again last time, already removed) and there are reports on GNU/Linux boxes or fake OEM labels with product keys.
It looks like these scammers are importing this repository, removing the warning as "defacement" later.
GLAT should be removed from notabug.org and glat-client should be sent to anti-malware companies ASAP.
GLAT is a fork of http://www.linuxgenuineadvantage.org/ which was satire. Someone may fork it again and do something evil with it I guess. However, keeping the GLAT namespace on nab with a notice it's satire does more to make it easier to find than to have the only active repositories of it be scams.
Notabug's google ranking in general just makes this problem go away.
As for submitting the client to a malware company, feel free to do so. This is one of the reasons the repository is still up. Hiding the code helps nobody.
This repository was used by scammers before, it wasn't satire. I think this warning should say about scam too.
