a script to update and maintain gentoo

(now includes script for sync (premerg), and a script to preview mergence's world emerge (pretence))

for the still confused: https://github.com/Digit/mergence/wiki lost the wiki in transferring to notabug, not to worry, the script's readable and understandable enough. will remake it again someday.
