#40 Add Helicopter to unstable branch

Here is the Helicopter mod from centeria. I have changed it to depend on the oil mod and accept oil buckets for fuel. It also returns empty buckets. To fuel the helicopter, punch the seat with an oil bucket. The helicopter craft uses materials from basic_materials, to make crafting the helicopter a somewhat hard process.
